I'll be in Saskatoon next week and I'm wondering about the best home-brew shops in town. I'll hit the Western Malt Distributors for a big bag of 2 row, and I'm also thinking about the Paddock Wood Shop, but are there others that might be more comprehensive (equipment and ingredients)?
WMD appears to be unbeatable for the price on 25 kg 2 row, but maybe not so for the other grains. And I doubt I need 25 kg of anything, except maybe Maris Otter, if I can get a good price. I wouldn't mind stocking up on other fermentables, albeit in smaller quantities, hops etc.
