Made a cream ale this morning, or tried to. Everything was fine until it was time for the boil. I set it for my usual 248F and when it was around 206F, it started to read all sorts of temps, like 226F, 236F, even 250F when the elements shut off. I tried to raise the temp, but it only went to 258 F. It then went down to 216F where it stayed until the end of the boil. What part do I need to replace? The temp probe? The PCB board?
